“We have learned from media reports that female Police officers were harassed during the riots. We will not tolerate this. We will submit a formal request to the Chief Minister and Home Minister, demanding the strictest possible action against the culprits,” said Shiv Sena leader and MLA Manisha Kayande while speaking to the press during the budget session in Mumbai.

The real questions are —who was backing Faheem Khan, On whose orders did he incite this violence ? A thorough investigation must be conducted, and strict action should be taken against all those responsible. The names of the conspirators must be made public.
