Destroy Aurangzeb’s tomb

Saints demand in a meeting at Mathura; appeal to PM Modi and Maharashtra CM Fadanvis

Aurangzeb’s tomb at Sambhajinagar

Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) – A meeting was organised by ‘Dharma Raksha Sangh’ and ‘Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi Nyas’ to demand removal of tyrant Mughal emperor Aurangzeb’s tomb at Sambhajinagar. It was appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Maharashtra Chief Minister Fadanvis to obliterate all signs of such tyrant rulers who oppressed Hindus in India. Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj sacrificed his life for establishing the Maratha empire but did not change his Sanatan Dharma despite facing Aurangzeb’s tyranny.

Saint Atul Krishna Das stated in the meeting that they were appealing the Maharashtra Government to destroy the tomb of Aurangzeb and it should be thrown in a dirty creek. There should not be any sign left in India that would be related to Aurangzeb. Hindu Sanatan Dharma will take pride in Maharashtra CM if he could take action to that effect.

Saint Saurabh Dev said that the most cruel and oppressive ruler in Indian history was Aurangzeb. Aurangzeb’s tomb is in Maharashtra. It is a blot on India. We, all Saints and Sages, appeal to PM Narendra Modi to stop eulogizing all oppressive rulers, including Aurangzeb. Their memorials and tombs should be demolished with bulldozers.

Acharya Badrish Prasad said, “All Saints have one heartache. The names and signs of all such oppressors of Sanatan Dharma should be obliterated. Roads are named after these people. Action should be taken against those who are promoting such oppressors. All the signs of such blemished people should be evacuated with bulldozers.

Editorial Perspective

Such demand is being made from all over India is a sign of awakening created amongst Hindus due to the film ‘Chhava’. Considering the impact created by one film, it is necessary to make films depicting true history of Hindus.
