New Delhi – Congress leader Sam Pitroda once again made a controversial statement that ‘India should stop considering China as an enemy.’ Pitroda was asked a question about the meeting between PM Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump, when he made such a controversial statement. The Congress Party has declared that it is not the view of the party.

Sam Pitroda said –
Sam Pitroda said, “I don’t understand the threat from China. I think this issue is often blown out of proportion because the US has a tendency to define an enemy. I believe the time has come for all Nations to collaborate, not confront. Our approach has been confrontational from the very beginning, and this attitude creates enemies, which in turn garners support within the country. We need to change this mindset and stop assuming that China is the enemy from day one”.
BJP criticises

BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi criticised Pitroda over his statement. Sam Pitroda has attacked the integrity and identity of India. Pitroda says there are no confrontations with China. In fact, India has been following aggressive policies against China. (It shows Congress’ relations with China. – Editor)
