A case registered against AAP Amanatullah Khan for attacking the Police

• Interfered and helped a Murder Accused to Flee  

• Khan even threatened the Police

New Delhi – Delhi Police have registered a case against AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan elected from Okhla constituency for leading attackers in Jamia Nagar where the Muslim population is high. As reported by the Police, Khan helped the accused to flee. In the case registered by the Police, it has been stated that in the scuffle and jostling by Amanatullah Khan with the Police, the criminal could run away. Khan also threatened the Police that it was his area and didn’t believe in the Police and Court. (Police always get attacked when they go to a Muslim-majority area to nab any Muslim accused. This time a Muslim MLA led them. Where are the people who claim Muslims are not safe in India ? – Editor)

A Crime Branch team had gone to the Jamia Nagar area to arrest an absconding accused Shavez Khan when MLA Khan reached there with his 20-25 supporters and said to the Police, “How did you dare to come here ? I don’t believe in such Police and Courts.” (A person with such an opinion can become an MLA. It shows the tenuousness of the Indian system. – Editor)

Amanatullah Khan and his supporters attacked the Police at the same time creating a ruckus. The attackers pulled out the Identity Cards of the Police. MLA Amanatullah Khan threatened the Police saying, “It is our area. Go away from here; else, it will be difficult for you to go back alive. I will remove your uniform. You can file another case against me. It doesn’t matter. I will finish you here and you will not get even a witness.”

During this brawl, the accused Shavez managed to run away.
