Hindu organisations’ demand to the Union Government from Prayagraj Kumbh Mela
Prayagraj (UP) – ‘Today, Hindus are facing atrocities not only in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, but also in countries like Sri Lanka, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the USA, and the UK. They are subjected to discrimination, forced conversions, social and economic hardships, and attacks on their temples and festivals. In such circumstances, Hindus from all over the world are looking to India with hope. Just as Israel is always ready to protect Jews in any corner of the world when they face a crisis, India should also be a country that stands firmly behind and protects Hindus worldwide. The Government of India should extend the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) to protect suffering Hindus globally, and the CAA introduced in 2019 should be implemented immediately across all states’, Sadguru Dr. Charudatta Pingle, National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, made this crucial demand during a press conference held at the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela .Also present were Mr Arjun Sampath, Founder-President of the Hindu Makkal Katchi from Tamil Nadu, Mr Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson of the Sanatan Sanstha, and Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak of the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
Amend the CAA to grant Indian citizenship to Sri Lankan Hindu refugees: Arjun Sampath, Founder-President, Hindu Makkal Katchi
Hindus in Sri Lanka are still facing inhuman atrocities. They are treated as second-class citizens in Sri Lanka. Hindu temples are being vandalised, and Hindu girls are being forcibly married to Muslims. As a result, the Hindu population in Sri Lanka is declining. In this situation, the Government of India must take concrete steps to protect Sri Lankan Hindus. Additionally, amendments should be made to the CAA to grant Indian citizenship to Sri Lankan Hindu refugees who have fled due to these inhuman atrocities.
Panun Kashmir in J&K for the rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus : Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson, Sanatan Sanstha

It is extremely unfortunate that Kashmiri Hindus, even after their displacement, continue to live as refugees in their own country. The decision to revoke Articles 370 and 35A was a significant one; however, it is surprising that the Indian Government has not yet announced any plans for the rehabilitation of displaced Kashmiri Hindus. We demand that a separate Union Territory named ‘Pannun Kashmir’ (Our Kashmir) be created in Jammu and Kashmir for the displaced Kashmiri Hindus. The Union Government should immediately take full responsibility for the protection and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus.
Sadguru Nilesh Singbal, Dharmapracharak, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti: The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has organised an exhibition in Sector 6 of the Kumbh Mela area to raise awareness about the inhuman atrocities faced by Hindus in Bangladesh and Kashmir. The primary objective of this exhibition is to raise awareness in society about the atrocities against Hindus.
