Moradabad (UP) – A youth was caught here by a mob and beaten up severely. He died while undergoing treatment in a hospital. The incident happened on the early morning of 30th December in Mandi Samiti under the jurisdiction of Madhola Police Station. The youth was known as Shahedin. He lived in Asalatpura. Police force has been deployed in the entire area. A case has been registered in this matter. People responsible for Shahedin’s death are being identified based on the video.

1. The people living around Mandi Samiti got the information of cow slaughter in the vicinity. A mob gathered at the location where cow slaughter was taking place. 3 among the 4 culprits fled. Shahedin was caught by the mob and was beaten up severely. The Police reached the spot as soon as they received the information. They rescued Shahedin and admitted him to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

2. The locals said, incidents of cow slaughter have taken place in the vicinity of Mandi Samiti earlier. Because of this, the mob went out of control.
