Sambhal (UP) – On 24th November, attackers pelted stones and fired at the police during a survey of the Jama Masjid in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. The accused had explosives made in Pakistan and the US. This information has come as the Police found five boxes and cartridges at the spot.
Superintendent of Police Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that the assailants broke the CCTV cameras before the survey team reached the Jama Masjid. Weapons used by the attackers during the violence will also be confiscated soon. Different teams have been formed to investigate the matter. The culprits will be identified soon.
