Minor Hindu girl gang-raped by Three Muslim youths in Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh)

Abduction followed by religious conversion

Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh) – An incident has come to light in which a minor Hindu girl was abducted, raped and forcibly converted to Islam. She was urgently admitted to the district hospital, where Police reported that her condition is critical.

The minor, a resident of a village within the jurisdiction of Aung Police Station in Fatehpur district, was kidnapped on 3 November by three Muslim youths named Labri, Roshan, and Irshad. They took her to the Ghatampur mosque and forced her conversion. Following this, Labri, Irshad and Roshan gang-raped her in a guava orchard in Ghatampur, as the victim told her family. The Police recorded her statement and based on the complaint from her family, a case was registered against the accused, leading to the arrest of Labri. Further investigation is ongoing.
