While taking decisions regarding the religious rituals of the Deities, seva, kumbhabhishek, and other religious festivals, the officials must take the opinions of senior priests of the temple and the ritualistic authorities. If need be, executives may form a Vedic committee consisting of senior priests and the authorities on rituals. In case of disagreement the opinion of the Peethadheesh can be taken.
Executive officers should not interfere with the service of Deities and religious rituals. The order also said that the Commissioner of the Charity department should take necessary action in this regard.
