No action will be taken against those who committed violence against Sheikh Hasina

Order from the interim Government

Dhaka (Bangladesh) – After protests began against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Jihadi Muslims in Bangladesh carried out violence against Hindus. Now, the interim Government under Mohammad Yunus has decided to provide legal protection to those responsible for this violence. According to an official statement from Bangladesh’s Ministry of Home Affairs, students and citizens involved in the violence will not face punishment, arrest, or harassment for acts committed between 15th July and 8th August 2024. (This exemption frees thousands of Muslims in Bangladesh who targeted Hindus, which is condemnable. Will the Indian Government reprimand the Bangladeshi Government over this ? – Editor).
