Ottawa (Canada) – Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the head of the banned Khalistani terrorist organisation ‘Sikhs for Justice’, has threatened to kill Indian-origin MP Chandra Arya in Canada. Chandra Arya has been consistently critical of the growing Khalistani militancy in Canada. Chandra Arya recently expressed concern in the Canadian Parliament about the violence targeting Hindus in Canada and said it was directly linked to Khalistani terrorism.

Pannun broadcast an audio message threatening MP Chandra Arya. In this 2-minute long message, Pannun demanded that Chandra Arya be booked for sedition. Pannun alleged that Chandra Arya is acting as a mouthpiece of the Government of India and spreading false information about pro-Khalistan. Chandra Arya will have to face the consequences. ‘Chandra Arya, wait for you to finish’, he threatened.

Editorial Perspective

  • A Canadian citizen Pannun threatens to kill the MP of this country and the Trudeau Government does not take any action against him, shows the hypocrisy of the Trudeau Government.
  • India should hit back that such a Government has no right to accuse India on a global stage.
