Hyderabad (Telangana) – The house of BJP’s pro-Hindu MLA from Goshamahal Assembly Constituency, T. Raja Singh, was recced by 4 persons of which, 2 were caught by the locals, while the remaining 2 escaped. The arrested Muslims have been identified as Muhammad Khaja and Sheikh Ismail.
The suspects captured photographs and videos of T. Raja Singh’s house and sent to a person in Mumbai. T. Raja Singh’s photographs were also found in their mobile phones. The incident took place on the midnight of September 27.

1. In a video message to a newspaper, MLA T. Raja Singh said that the Police are interrogating both the suspects. On September 27, between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m., 4 suspects were found walking around his house. Some locals got suspicious and tried to catch them. At the time, 2 of them were caught while trying to run away, while the other 2 managed to escape. When the mobile phones of both the arrested Muslims were checked, photographs and videos of T. Raja Singh and his house were found.
2. T. Raja Singh claimed that the videos and photographs were being sent via WhatsApp to someone in Mumbai. Their mobile phones also have photographs of guns and handcarts.
3. Muhammed Khaja (24) is a native of Bidar District of Karnataka. 15 years ago, he came to Hyderabad in search of work. He lived in Allapur Borabanda area. His father’s name is Nabi Saab. Sheikh Ismail (30) also lives in Allapur Borabanda area. His father’s name is Chand Pasha. Sheikh Ismail works as a driver in Hyderabad.
4. The incident was immediately reported to the Mangalhat Police Station. The Police took both the Muslims into custody.
5. T. Raja Singh also said that when he discussed with the Police about the suspects who were arrested on September 29, the Police said that a high-level investigation was going on. The intelligence department is also investigating.
6. Raja Singh further said that in 2010 and 2011, terrorists belonging to the Islamic State had recced his house.
