Third case of attempted sabotage of railway tracks in Rajasthan; cement blocks found on the railway track

The Police are searching for a person named Shahrukh

Ajmer (Rajasthan) – After Kanpur (UP), in Rajasthan also heavy object was placed on the railway track to cause railway accident. Cement blocks of an estimated weight of 100 kg. , have been found out on the railway tracks. It was an attempt to cause an accident of a goods train.

Police complaint filed

Not only one cement  block; at 1 km. distance another block was found. This accident was planned between Saradhana and Bangad villages of Ajmer. Railway employees Ravi Bundela and Vishwajeet Das filed a complaint with the Police about this case. According to the information, on 8th September at 10.36 p.m. this cement block was placed on the railway tracks. It was found broken at the spot. At another 1 km. distance, one more cement block was found broken and lying aside. Both the blocks were placed at separate locations. This is prima facie report. The Police are investigating the incident and searching for a person named Shahrukh.

Third attempt of derailment

After these cement blocks were found, the Railway Officers inspected the Saradhana and bangad railway route, however everything looked normal. This is the third attempt to bring about railway accident. Prior to this on 28th August Chabda goods train railway track had bicycle scrap placed on them. On 9th September a cylinder was place on the Kanpur (UP) railway track. Kalindi Express had collided with the cylinder.
