Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has filed a petition with the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court since no action has yet been taken on the order; this also amounts to contempt of Court. HJS submitted a memorandum to Mr Sanjay Jadhav, Dharashiv Police Superintendent demanding prompt filing of criminal cases against the accused as ordered by the Court.

Immediate action will be taken after receiving instructions from the Collector : Superintendent of Police

SP Sanjay Jadhav said that the High Court has directed the District Collector to take action; therefore, immediate action will be taken on receiving instructions from him.
