And finally, Israel has taken revenge of the attack on its territory on 7th October 2023 by the Palestinian terrorist organisation Hamas. The 62-year-old Chief of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, was killed by Israeli forces after entering Tehran, the capital of Iran. Israel has also killed Fuad Shukr, a senior terrorist leader of the terrorist organisation Hezbollah in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. Both were killed with missiles and air strikes.
It should be noted that both the cities are the capitals of respective countries. Thus, Israel has demonstrated what needs to be done to destroy terrorism. Israel has once again shown to the world how to eliminate the enemy by entering the enemy’s terrain. Israel has been carrying out such operations against their enemies in various countries for many years now. While Israel actually does such things, under identical circumstances, India is only wasting time in talking about them. The question is – can India ever enter Pakistan’s capital Islamabad and kill terrorists ? It would be interesting to note here that while entering the two countries – Iran and Lebanon – Israel did not even fear any retaliation.
India has learned nothing from Israel
Israel is targeting terrorists not only in Gaza but also in Iran and Lebanon. On the other hand, 16 Indian soldiers were martyred in attacks by Pakistani terrorists in Jammu & Kashmir last month. It is reported that over 600 Pakistani soldiers have entered Jammu. If this be true, it is clear that India has not learned anything from Israel. It is not enough to be merely friendly with Israel; in our own interest we should also learn the tricks of the trade from this friend and act accordingly.
It is a shame for India that what a tiny Israel can do, India cannot depite boasting of having nuclear weapons as well as being the 5th largest economy in the world. Not only did Israel kill Haniyeh, in the last 10 months it has killed his sister, brother, nephews, children, grandchildren, etc. too. Israel has set an example for the world of what complete elimination of terrorists is. India has been suffering from Jihadi terrorism for almost 35 years now. Although India has gained some control over terrorism in the past 10 years, it has not been able to teach a lesson to Pakistan – the production centre of these terrorists.
India’s Gandhigiri
After the attacks on the Indian army in Uri and Pathankot, India entered Pakistan; but alas, it was more of a flash in the pan than an antidote to Pak-sponsored terrorism ! Hence, terrorists and Pakistani soldiers can infiltrate India even today. It is said that the entry of Pakistani soldiers into Jammu has created a seemingly war-like situation. Had it been Israel in place of India, by now Pakistan would have been wiped off the world map. It is a pity that such temperament, leadership and forceful patriotism have never been seen in the Indian rulers of any Party so far. Terrorism in Kashmir has not been eradicated under so-called international pressure, only because India clings on to its Gandhigiri, and refuses to take a cue from its friend Israel. The naked truth is that India has not killed a single mastermind/leader of any terrorist organisation so far. Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 26/11 attack on Mumbai, is still at large in Pakistan, and leading a happy life.
The main terrorists who were freed in the Kandahar plane hijacking case are still operating against India. India could not take action against Dawood Ibrahim either. Whereas while Israel will not rest without destroying Hamas, India has not made any attempts to destroy terrorist organisations such as Lashkar-e-Toiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed. This shows – when it comes to taking action against the terrorists, how small India is in front of Israel. Pakistan has accused India of being behind the killings of anti-India terrorists in Pakistan for the past few months. If at all India has a hand in these, Indians will definitely be proud of it. Additionally, if India wants to do something, besides the abovementioned things, it should completely uproot this menace of Pak sponsored terrorism.
India wants rulers who have a Israeli mind-set
Israel has virtually devastated the Gaza Strip in the past 10 months. Interestingly, despite all this, Hamas has not released all the Israelis hostage. Many have been killed. Female hostages have been sexually assaulted. This merely shows how cruel Hamas is.
Israel knows fully well that Gandhigiri will serve no purpose with such terrorist organisations; instead, they have to emulate Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in such cases, and they are doing precisely this. Another senior Hamas leader, Yahya Sinwar, is still alive. It is being said that Israel will kill him too. Until Hamas is destroyed completely and the hostages released, the Hamas-Israel war will not end. It is because of Israel’s strong willpower that it has survived the onslaught of 7 neighbouring Islamic Nations for the past 75 years.
Pro-Muslim political parties in India oppose any action against Pakistan by the Government, and try to obstruct the moves of the Army and Government. This is the major difference between Israel and India. This is also the reason why India did not dare to take strict action against Jihadi terrorists and Pakistan. India separated East Pakistan in 1971 but did not take that region into India again. The region was declared as a new Nation – Bangladesh. In contrast, Israel annexed the Gaza Strip in the 1960s and held it for nearly 30 years. After it was handed back to Palestine, Hamas grew in strength again.
India has not been able to take back Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in the last 76 years. If India had rulers who had the Israeli mind-set, we would have become a superpower by now. It will not be an exaggeration to say that India would have even become Akhand Bharat – a single undivided India again.
Like Israel, if India had taken timely action against Jihadi terrorists, India would have by now been free from terrorism !
