Attempt to disrupt the communal harmony in Bareilly ahead of Kavad Yatra

Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh) – An attempt to disrupt the communal harmony ahead of the Kavad Yatra, has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly District. Amir Ali has circulated a video insulting Deity Shriram on social media. On 10^thJuly, Hindu organisations filed a complaint against Amir Ali with the Police and demanded strict against him. (Hindus always try to use legal means to get justice. But those who call Hindus violent, do not see this tolerance of Hindus- Editor). Based on the complaint, the Police have filed a case against Amir Ali and began investigation. In the video posted on Facebook by Amir Ali, Shriram’s mother is seen abusing Shriram.

Police Sub-Inspector Pawan Kumar said that this video in which abusive language is used against Shriram is posted by Amir Ali. Amir is a resident of Bareilly’s Baradari area. The Police alleged that Amir Ali wanted to create tension in the area by posting derogatory video ahead of Muharram and Kavad Yatra.
