Noida (Uttar Pradesh) – In a disturbing incident near ‘Clio County Society’ in Sector 121 of Noida, District – Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, a Muslim shopkeeper, Saheb Alam, spat into sugarcane juice before serving it to a Hindu couple. When the couple protested, the shopkeeper and his employee, Jamshed Khan, responded with abuse. People gathered and reported the incident to the Police, leading to the arrest of the Saheb Alam and Jamshed Khan.

Kshitij Bhatia and his wife, a resident of ‘Clio County Society’ in Sector 121, went to the sugarcane juice shop outside gate number 1 of their society. They ordered two glasses of sugarcane juice. Kshitij Bhatia observed the shopkeeper spitting three to four times into the glasses while preparing the juice. Disturbed by this, the Bhatia couple protested the shopkeeper’s actions. In response, the shopkeeper and his employee started abusing the Bhatia couple. A crowd began to gather around the scene, prompting the accused to flee the shop.
The Bhatia couple lodged a complaint with the local Police, describing the incident as an affront to their religion and health. The Police arrested both Saheb Alam and Jamshed Khan and have commenced an investigation.
