Accomplice of 4 terrorists arrested in Ahmedabad arrested in Sri Lanka

Colombo (Sri Lanka) – The Sri Lankan Police have arrested the accomplice of 4 terrorists of Islamic State Mohammad Nusrat, Mohammad Farooq, Mohammad Nafran, and Mohammad Rasadeen, who were arrested a few days ago from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The arrested accomplice’s name is Gerard Pushparaja Usman. The Sri Lankan Police had recently announced a cash reward of Rs 20 lakh for any information about his whereabouts. The terrorists arrested from Ahmedabad are citizens of Sri Lanka. They were planning terror activities in India.

The terrorists who were arrested in Ahmedabad had told in the interrogation that they were earlier associated with the terrorist organisation ‘National Tawheed Jamaat’. Later they started working for the Islamic State.
