Case of attack on Police station due to Adil’s death in Police custody
Davanagere (Karnataka) – Muslims had attacked the Police station after the death of Adil in the custody of Channagiri Police station. A Muslim mob set Police vehicles on fire. Adil’s father and sister requested the Police to release the ‘innocent’ arrested in this case. 25 persons have been arrested. They are from Channagiri, Honnebagi and Nalluru villages.
The Police arrested the accused after identifying them through CCTV footage, cellphone footage and other videos.
