Conspiracy to divide Bangladesh and Myanmar

  • Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina claims
  • Alleges plot to carve out a Christian Country similar to East Timor by partitioning parts of Bangladesh and Myanmar

Dhaka (Bangladesh) – Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has claimed that there is a conspiracy to carve out a Christian country similar to East Timor by partitioning parts of Bangladesh and Myanmar. She has also clarified that ‘we will never allow this to happen’. She did not reveal who was behind this conspiracy though. PM Hasina gave this information while addressing a meeting of 14 parties at Gono Bhaban in Dhaka.

PM Sheikh Hasina has also claimed that a foreign white man had approached her with a proposal ahead of the country’s general election on 7th January. PM Hasina said that she was offered a hassle-free re-election in January if she allowed a foreign country to build an airbase in Bangladeshi territory; however; she did not reveal which country had offered this.

PM Hasina further said that she is facing tough challenges both domestically and externally. A conspiracy is being hatched against her. Trade and commerce have been going on in the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean since ancient times, but many have their eyes on this place now. There is no controversy in this place and no one has conflict in it. I won’t let that happen. Bangladesh will face more problems, but there is no need to panic.
