New Delhi – A conspiracy was hatched by Maulavi Sohel Abubakr Timol alias Muhammad Sohail to behead Nupur Sharma (Former National Spokesperson of BJP), T Raja Singh (Devout Hindu BJP MLA from Telangana), Suresh Chavhanke (Sudarshan TV News Editor) and Upadesh Rana (National President of Sanatan Sangh). He also received contract killing amount of Rs 1 crore. Information has also come out that the conspiracy to kill Rana was in its final stage. The Gujarat Police arrested him from Surat on 4th May. He believed that these leaders were committing heinous crimes.

Information disclosed by the police

1. Maulavi Abubakr was in contact with terrorists in Nepal and Pakistan and was trying to get weapons from there. Shahzad is the name of terrorist in Nepal.

2. The Maulavi was also given a SIM card of ‘Laos’ (An East-Asian country) to stay in touch with the terrorists, so that the Indian intelligence agencies would not get any information from that number.

3. Maulavi Abubakr originally hails from Nandurbar district in Maharashtra. Along with teaching Muslim students in Karja-Amboli village, he was working in a madarasa in Surat. He was also working as a manager in a factory here.

4. It was impressed in the mind of Maulavi Abubakr that Hindu organizations in India were disrespecting Prophet Mohammad. Jihadi terrorists used the code language of ‘straighten them up’ while telling the cleric to kill these devout Hindus.

5. According to information obtained from the Maulavi’s mobile phone, he had phone numbers of the terrorist from Indonesia to Vietnam and Kazakhstan.
