The UNESCO has said that Tamil Nadu temples are in a state of decay. Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev told in ‘India Today Conclave South 2021’ while expressing concern over the alarming state of decline of thousands of shrines in Tamil Nadu.
‘Divya Marathi’ has reported that, ‘According to Tariq Wazir of the ETPB of Pakistan, which is responsible for the maintenance of Hindu and Sikh religious sites after their migration to India, not a single temple has been built in the country since independence, while 286 temples remain closed due to court litigation.
