Moscow (Russia) – The director of Russia’s Federal Security Service, Alexander Bortnikov, claimed that the US, Britain and Ukraine were behind the attack at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow. Speaking at a meeting in Moscow, Bortnikov said that his statement is based on the factual information he had. He added that the main motive behind the attack was to prove that Ukraine is quite capable. Ukraine carried out terrorist attacks to prove its capabilities. He also said that Ukraine, Britain and the United States have previously carried out such attacks on Russia. Western countries and Ukraine want to do a lot of damage to Russia.
