Taliban like incident in Congress ruled Karnataka

Davanagere (Karnataka) – After Jamil Ahmad alias Shamir complained in the Masjid about his wife Shabina Bano (38 years); she was beaten up with sticks and pipes outside the Mosque. The video of this incident was posted on social media. It is said that this incident took place on the 9^th of April.

On the 7^th April Shabina’s relatives Nasreen and Faiyaz came to her house. She then went out with them. Ahmad, the husband did not like this he was infuriated and he complained against his wife, Nasreen and Faiyaz in the mosque. The three of them were asked to present themselves at the mosque on the 9^th April. When they came near the masjid, a group of 6 people beat up Shabina. They even stoned her. Police have arrested 6 persons in this matter.
