India reprimands Pakistan for making statement on Waqf Act

New Delhi – A neighbouring country has no right to comment on India’s internal affairs. If it is to protect the rights of minorities, Pakistan should look at its own bad performance instead of preaching to others, India has reprimanded Pakistan for criticising India over the Waqf Amendment Act, saying that India’s statement is baseless and unhelpful. Indian External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that Pakistan’s statement is baseless and unhelpful.

Pakistani newspapers had said that the Waqf Amendment Act was against Muslims.
Pakistan should focus on the condition of minorities in its own country instead of commenting on India!
