LCA Tejas crashes in the desert of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Both pilots eject safely

Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) – India’s fully indigenous Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas crashed in the desert in Jaisalmer. Both pilots ejected safely. The fighter jet caught fire after the crash. It had 2 pilots. They survived by ejecting with a parachute before the jet crashed. The jet reportedly participated in an operational exercise involving all the three armed forces in Rajasthan’s Pokhran.
