MLA Padalkar accuses Waqf Board of Land Jihad in Solapur and Malegaon

Padalkar alleged that Hindus are being forced to leave their homes

Mumbai – “A large number of Hindus have been living in city survey No. 99/80 in Sakharpeth area of Solapur Municipal Corporation for the past 150 years. The Waqf Board is trying to grab this land by giving repeated notices to the locals. The locals conducted several marches against this. They have been paying taxes to the municipal corporation for many years. They also have the property cards; yet their names are not present on the 7/12 extract. People of ‘a particular community’ are repeatedly harassing and threatening these locals and forcing them to leave their homes. The Government should pay attention to this”, demanded BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar in the Maharashtra Legislative Council.

MLA Padalkar added, “Hashi Makir Masjid Trust has been established in the Sakharpeth area in Solapur. Zakir Jehangir Maniyar and Ahmed Kalamsahb Syed are its trustees. They work in the State Transport Department. As they are in Government job, they are not allowed to stay on this trust. When we enquired about this trust, we realised that its record was not available with the Charity Department. So, this is a serious matter. I demand to the Government that the action be taken on this and justice be given to these residents. A similar problem exists in another place here. The Government should also pay attention to that.

Land Jihad in Malegaon

MLA Padalkar added, “The issue of Land Jihad is also ongoing in Malegaon. In Dasane, Mauje Dhane, Chikhal Ahol and Vadgaon villages, there have been instances of false registration of land by making incorrect records. I can provide documents to the Government about that. I demand that the Government should take action in this matter.”

The ‘Waqf Act 1995’ passed during the Congress rule is the root cause of this. Please note that the conspiracy of fanatic Muslims cannot be thwarted unless this act, which is set to destroy India and Hindus, is abolished !
