Rashtriya Shriram Sangha Minor girl rescued from Love Jihad in Srirampur

Case registered against a bigoted Muslim

Srirampur (District Ahilyanagar) – A month and a half ago, accused Munna Shaikh lured a minor girl from Sangamner town to Srirampur in a love jihad trap. The parents of the victim girl filed a missing complaint at the Sangamner City Police station. A month passed, but the girl’s parents did not get any news about their daughter and contacted the National President of Rashtriya Shriram Sangha in Srirampur Hindu Dharmarakshak Sagar Baig and demanded help.

Baig, realising the seriousness of the matter, approached the Sangamner City Police. Accused Munna Shaikh is a notorious criminal who does not use mobile phones and contacts his sister at home through WhatsApp from another mobile phone. Therefore, the Police are not able to trace his location. Then Rashtriya Shriram Sangh got the information that the accused was in Shrirampur city and he had locked the 17-year-old victim for 8 days. (Why can’t the Police who have all the systems at hand, get the information that a Hindu organisation gets ? – Editor) When they contacted the Police and gave this information, the Sangamner Police with the help of the Srirampur Police took the accused Munna Sheikh and the victim girl from a house in Srirampur Ward No. 2.

While the minor girl was handed over to her parents, accused Munna Shaikh has been booked under the POCSO Act at Sangamner Police Station. Due to the vigilance of the Rashtriya Shri Ram Sangh workers, the girl was found. The workers of all Hindu Rakshaks and devout Hindu organisations also worked hard in the search operation.

Editorial Perspective

Love Jihad is increasing in Srirampur city and strict steps need to be taken by the Police to stop it in time. Hindus across the State feel that the Maharashtra Government should enact a law to stop Love Jihad as soon as possible.
