Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Government does not have empathy with Muslims : Asaduddin Owaisi

Venomous remarks by Asaduddin Owaisi in the Parliament

New Delhi – AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi spewed venom on 10th of August while speaking during no confidence motion against Government. He said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Government does not have empathy with Muslims, if they had, they would not have let the murderers of Bilkis Bano go free. BJP is out to erase the image of India, which shows people of all caste and creed living happily together. Congress only pretends to oppose BJP. If Congress had empathy with Muslims, they would not have agreed to the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act ( UAPA Law). UAPA is law against illegal activities which can adversely affect Nation’s unity and integrity, Central Government has been given free hand to deal with such criminals”.

Owaisi added further, let the Prime Minister make it clear whether Hindutva is bigger than the Nation. (Instead of expecting others give explanation, Owaisi should answer, whether for him Islam is important or the Nation ? – Editor). On one hand, Prime Minister says that he is Chowkidar (protector) of the Nation. On the other, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi begins “Bharat Jodo Yatra” and announces, “market of hatred has a shop of love” but when atrocities are committed on Muslims neither  ‘chowkidar’ nor the ‘shopkeeper’ take any notice.

  • In 2019 as soon as Modi was elected as Prime Minister, he carried out many plans for Muslims, his motto being “Sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas”. Even then, neither Owaisi nor Muslims, will ever vote for BJP. We need to face this truth.
