Ottawa (Canada) – Arsh Dalla has been leading the banned Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) since the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar last year.
Intelligence agencies are closely monitoring reports of the arrest of Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla in Canada.
