Manoj Muntashir, writer of the controversial movie Adipurush, issues an apology !

New Delhi – Writer Manot Muntashir has apologised for writing inappropriate dialogues in the controversial film Adipurush. Muntashir’s writings had denigrated the Ramayan and hurt the religious sentiments of crores of Hindus. Muntashir had initially strongly supported the controversial dialogues of Deity Hanuman. Apparently, now he has come to his senses and apologised.

In a tweet on 8th July, Muntashir said, ‘I accept that people’s sentiments have been hurt by the movie Adipurush. To all my brothers and sisters, elders, respected Rishis and Sages and devotees of Shriram, I apologise unconditionally with folded hands. May Shri Bajrangbali bless us all to be empowered to remain one and unbroken and serve our holy eternal and great country’.

‘Muntashir is an opportunist’, enraged people react

After Manoj Muntashir’s tweet issuing an apology went viral, many Twitter users criticised him in harsh words. One of them said, ‘You should have thought before writing the dialogue’, while another said, ‘You are an opportunist’.

  • These are nothing but crocodile’s tears ! Asking for forgiveness after making crores of rupees through the movie is tantamount to rubbing salt on the wounds of Hindus ! Hindus should boycott such films and pressurise the Governments to take strict action against him !
  • Please note that Manoj Muntashir, who wrote vulgar dialogues for Deity Hanuman, does not dare to mock the religious figures of other sects !
