Rashid kidnaps a Dalit Hindu girl for marriage

Allegation of ‘Love Jihad’ victim’s father from Shamli (UP)

Shamli (UP) – An incident of kidnapping of a 19-year-old Dalit Hindu girl by a Muslim named Rashid has come to light. The victim’s father said that his daughter had gone to her relatives in Baghpat. She has been missing since 11th June and was abducted by Rashid, a Muslim from Shamli. After filing a Police complaint, on the night of 15th June, Rashid’s family members Parvez, Nadeem, Shahzad and Naushad barged into the victim’s home and threatened them that the way the girl was abducted, their other daughter would also be abducted and girl’s mother killed.

Parvez and Shahzad have been arrested in connection with this threat. A case has been registered in both the cases and further investigation is underway. Similarly, the victim’s father has also given an indication of fleeing due to the fear of Muslims.

Rashid is twice the age of the victim and father of 4 children – Allegation of the victim’s brother

In this case, the victim’s brother said that Rashid is almost twice the age of his sister and already a father of 4 children.
