Kuki Christians burnt the house of Union Minister Raj Kumar Ranjan in Manipur

Imphal (Manipur) – In Manipur, the Hindu Meitei community people are still under attacks. On the night of 15th June, Kuki Christian mob attacked and set fire to the house of Raj Kumar Ranjan Singh, the Union Minister of State, however, he was in Kerala when this happened. Singh belongs to the Meitei community.

The Union Minister of State commenting on the incident said, “I was saddened by what had happened. I was told that more 50 individuals attacked my house around 10 p.m. The first floor was on fire, vehicles too were burnt, it was good that no body was at home that time. The entire world will become blind if the policy of ‘eye for an eye’ is followed. The people who are involved in this violence are doing great harm to the nation”.

300 armed terrorists infiltrated into Manipur from Myanmar

It is being said that 300 armed terrorists have infiltrated into Manipur’s Bishnupur District from Myanmar. After making their base in the jungle of Torbung, this unit began to move towards Churachandpur. The security agency is trying to trace them using drones.
