Baloch Liberation Army claims to have killed more than 45 Pakistani soldiers in attack on military convoy

Islamabad (Pakistan) – The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed that it killed more than 45 Pakistani soldiers in an attack on a Pakistani military convoy.

In a statement issued by BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch, the organisation said that fighters of its special unit, the “Fateh Squad”, carried out the attack in the Khadkocha area of Mastung district.

The statement further said that the military convoy was first ambushed, and when additional troops arrived at the scene, they too were attacked.

Pakistan has not confirmed the claim

The Pakistani military and the Government have not yet officially confirmed the BLA’s claim.
