Bomb explodes in the house of a Muslim tenant in Bihar

Nawada (Bihar) – A bomb exploded in Safiq Alam’s house in Nawada, Bihar, on the night of 24^th April and a part of the house collapsed. There were no casualties as the people in the house were sleeping outside at the time of the blast. Alam is living as a tenant in this house. A woman is being investigated in this case.

Large arms stock seized from Muslim leader of Janata Dal (United)

Earlier on 23^rd April, Police raided the house of Janata Dal (United) leader Manzoor Alam and seized illegal weapons including bombs. Police have arrested Alam, his son, and nephew. 5 bombs, 1 pistol, 7 country-made handguns, 1 rifle, and some live cartridges have been recovered from them.
