Kolkata (Bengal) – A video of two minor girls singing the national anthem while holding cigarettes has gone viral on social media. Police have registered a case against these girls. The statements of both have been recorded, said the Police.

In response to the backlash on social media, the girls deleted the video from their Facebook page after it went viral. There is a provision for imprisonment of up to 3 years for those who disrespect the national anthem.
