Processions taken out under tight Police security in Delhi, Bihar, and Bengal !
New Delhi – Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm across the country. At ‘Hanuman Garhi’ in Ayodhya also, it was celebrated in the presence of Saints and Seers. Processions were taken out in various parts of the country on the occasion. In the background of attacks by fanatic Muslims on Shriramnavami processions a few days ago, the Union Home Ministry directed all States to maintain tight Police security for a peaceful celebration of Hanuman Jayanti. There was stone-pelting from a mosque at the procession of Hanuman Jayanti taken out last year in Jahangirpuri in Delhi; therefore, the Police granted permission for the procession with a lot of restrictions. Only Hindus’ religious processions have to be taken out under the fear of violence, makes establishment of Hindu Rashtra imperative ! |
