Amritsar (Punjab) – The London Police have arrested Khalastani Avatar Singh Khanda for lowering the Indian Tricolour from the flagpole of London’s Indian High Commission, and so desecrating the Tricolour. Khanda is a member of the banned terrorist organisation the ‘Babbar Khalsa International’. He is the son of Kulwant Singh Khukrana who was associated with the ‘Khalistan Liberation Force’. He is a close friend of Paramjeet Singh Pamma Chief member of ‘Khalistan Liberation Force’ who has sought asylum in UK. Avatar Singh actions are on the instruction of Pamma.

Khanda indoctrinated Amritpal Singh for the Khalistan agitation in Punjab on the instruction od Pamma. Then trained Amritpal Singh in Georgia. For this training he got the backing of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun of ‘Sikhs for Justice’. Here Amritpal learned about the necessary part of the Sikh religion. He got the knowledge of the Guru Granth Sahib, such that he could establish himself as a religious leader in from of the other.
