Ayodhya  – Mahant Raju Das demanded a boycott of the upcoming film ‘Pathan’ starring actor Shah Rukh Khan. He also threatened to burn down the theatres that dared to screen the film. Mahant Raju Das further asked why the Hindi film industry, as well as ‘Hollywood’ consistently mocks ‘Sanatan Dharma’ ? They keep searching for new opportunities to insult Hindu Deities in a lewd manner. In the movie ‘Pathan’, actress Deepika Padukone defiled the colour saffron by wearing a saffron skimpy clothes and undergarments in the song ‘Besharam Rang’. This has been done deliberately to hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus. The people should take a firm stand on this. I request all current moviegoers to boycott the movie Pathan.

Swami Chakrapani Maharaj the president of the Hindu Mahasabha has also called for a boycott of the film
