Hyderabad – MLA T. Raja Singh was arrested under the Preventive Detention Act for allegedly insulting Prophet Mohammad. His wife has filed a petition in the High Court seeking an immediate hearing of the charges against him.

Raja Singh’s wife has alleged that her husband has been arrested only to please a particular religious group. It has been done for no other reason than to appease that religious group.
