Ever since the anti-Hindu Government in Andhra Pradesh came to power, instances of Hindu battering seem to be unending. There has been a chain of such incidents – from attacks on Hindu temples to discrimination against Hindus. Now, the anti-Hindu Government has issued an order to the temples in AP to break their Fixed deposits (FDs) to pay the pending dues to the office of the Charity Commissioner. The Government has gone a step forward and warned the temples that if they do not pay the dues, disciplinary action will be taken against them.
Has Andhra Pradesh Government ever imposed the Jizya tax (A per capita yearly taxation historically levied in the form of financial charge on dhimmis, meaning, non-Muslim subjects of a state governed by Islamic law) on churches and mosques ? Is this not an act of collecting heavy tax from the borrower like a money-lender does ?
Just for the records – In the 19 months that Jagan Mohan Reddy Government has been in power in Andhra Pradesh on 30th May 2019, there have been 120 attacks on temples. On this backdrop, the ex-CM of AP and the President of Telugu Desam Party Mr Chandrababu Naidu has criticised the present Government, “Under the present Government even the Deities are not safe”. Telugu actor Mr Pavan Kalyan has requested that a CBI inquiry be conducted on the increasing attacks on the temples.
All these facts reveal the true picture of Jagan Mohan Reddy in the guise of CM. The final punch on the CM came when his own Party MP Mr Raghuram Krushnam Raju made serious accusations about the destruction of temples. In 2021, many cases of denigration of Idols and burglary in temples in AP came to the fore. There was a plan to build churches in place of temples through tenders. Mr Raju strongly objected to all this and wrote to the Prime Minister, requesting him to take steps to stop all this. In an interview, Mr Raju said that though on paper there are only 2% Christians in AP, in reality they are more than 25% – almost 1.5 crore, and the present Reddy Government is entirely responsible for this explosion in Christian population. Is anything more required to be said to reveal the dire straits of Hindus in AP ?
Rapid march towards conversion to Christianity
Jagan Mohan Reddy is a Christian. There is a huge ‘Cross’ on His luxurious bungalow. Almost all his decisions are anti-Hindu and his Christian roots are the fundamental reason for his apathy towards Hindus. Last year, the Union Government had said in the Parliament that should those from the backward caste and class get converted, they will not be eligible for the benefits from the related schemes. Thereafter, on 30.7.2021, the Jagan Government passed a Bill in haste – that backward caste and class people who have converted to Christianity and Buddhism will still be eligible for the benefits. This example is good enough to highlight how the Jagan is misusing his powers. There is ample evidence to claim that it is because Jagan is a Christian that he is issuing such orders. This is shameful for a ‘Secular’ India. Remember that not a single secularist opens his mouth to speak on such matters. The Jagan Government does not lag in appeasing the Muslims either. In April 2022, during Ramzan, it passed an order that all Muslim Government employees, teachers and contractors can go home an hour before the stipulated time. One must note that tax-payers pay for Government employees. Hence, if such employees are going to work one hour less daily for a month, the Government should deduct their wages proportionately. Since the AP Government did not do this, it burdened the Hindus. Secondly, has Jagan given such a benefit during Shriram Navami, Hanuman Jayanti. This proves just one thing – the Jagan Government is anti-Hindu.
Anti-national demand of partitioning India
Ever since Jagan came to power, the Christians in AP have been having a merry time. Jagan’s attitude is a threat not only to Hindu Dharma but India’s integrity. On behalf of ‘All India True Christian Council’, Father Upendra Rao demanded partitioning India into two and handing over one half to Christians to be an independent Nation. “We will not cause any trouble to you after this Partition”, he added. This statement challenges India’s sovereignty and only shows the intentions of Christians.
Veer Savarkar had said, “Change of religion implies a change of nationality”. The Hindu-hatred Jagan nurtures has been passed on to him by his father (Late) Y Samuel Rajasekhara Reddy. While YSR was the CM of AP, he had planned to build a huge Church at the world famous Hindu pilgrimage center of Tirumala Tirupati. He retracted when Hindus opposed YSR all over the world. During YSR’s tenure as CM an attempt was made to convert innocent Hindus in the Holy region of the 7 Hills of Tirumala.
In a nutshell, the increasing anti-Hindu sentiments in Andhra Pradesh and its rapid conversion to Christianity, is a grave warning bell for the Hindus and the patriots. It is a mammoth challenge the Nation faces. It is a wakeup call for Hindus to unite; else, it will not be long before the anti-National dream of Father Upendra Rao becomes a reality !
