Land worth 400 crores seized through fake documents

Kheda (Gujarat) – A Land Jihad case has been reported in Nadiad, Kheda District. People from the Muslim community have bought land worth Rs 400 Crore through fake documents in Matar Taluk. There have been 628 suspicious cases of land buying and selling since 2012. Over 500 people have been notified and instructed to submit evidence in this regard, and the Administration has seized land in 250 cases in compliance with the Act.

Rajendra Trivedi, the State Revenue Minister, personally went to the Matar Taluka office and ordered an investigation into 1,930 cases. In these cases, he said administrative action would be taken against the officials who were negligent. In addition, he questioned how people of the same religion are collectively buying the land here ? What was their purpose ? This will be verified by investigating it. Where did they get the money for that ?, who gave it ? will be also investigated. This matter can also be investigated by the Enforcement Directorate. The whole affair is known as Land Jihad. According to him, the name of the temple was changed to sell the land of Prannath Mahadev temple.
