A lady school teacher in Kashmir shot dead by the Jihadi terrorists

Kulgam (Jammu Kashmir) – Rajni Bhalla, a Government school teacher was shot dead by the jihadi terrorists. Rajni Bhalla was a resident of Samba, Jammu Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir Police have assured that they will soon find the terrorists involved in the attack and take stern action against them. Earlier, on 12th May, Rahul Bhat, an employee of the Tehsil office in Budgam District, was shot dead by terrorists.
Very sad. This is yet another targeted killing in a long list of recent attacks directed at unarmed civilians. Words of condemnation & condolence ring hollow as do the assurances of the Government that they will not rest till the situation normalises. May the deceased rest in peace, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah tweeted.

Kashmiri Hindus have been protesting for the last 18 days over the killing of Government employee Rahul Bhat on 12th May. Hindus who got jobs under the Prime Minister’s Employment Package have started agitation by boycotting work. This has turned out to be the longest-running movement in the valley. The working Kashmiri Hindus demand a relocation. They said they do not want to live like prisoners and demanded to be moved out of Kashmir.
