Paratpar Guru (Dr) AthavaleSometimes in the Knowledge received by seekers from the subtle dimension, I am called the ‘Partial Incarnation of Shri Vishnu’ instead of a ‘Saint’. H.H. (Dr) OmUlaganathan addresses me thus while reading the Jivanadipatti. He has instructed seekers to call me Satchidananda Parabrahma Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale; I realised its reasons today. |
1. As per the prevalent practice in their sects, Saints teach only one type of sadhana (Spiritual practice)to their followers. Since Sanatan is not a sect, every seeker is taught specific sadhana according to his/her spiritual development.
2. Saints teach sadhana according to either Jnanayoga (Path of Knowledge), Bhaktiyoga (Path of Devotion) or Karmayoga (Path of Action), whereas in Sanatan, sadhana is taught based on the doctrine – ‘There are as many paths to sadhana as there are people’.
3. Just as a doctor prescribes different medicines to various patients, likewise I prescribe different sadhana to seekers. I do not guide them as a Guru when I do this.
4. Sanatan does not give the same Gurumantra to all, but suggests that mantra (Chant) which is essential for individuals. For example – Chanting the Name of a Deity for averting spiritual distress, chanting to increase vital energy if it appears to be depleting, chanting to remove any obstacle noticed in the Kundalini-chakras.
5. I treat myself as my Guru’s disciple. I do not look at seekers as disciples. Hence, I never think that I have given a Gurumantra. Seekers also consider me to be their spiritual Guide and not a Guru.
6. I believe that by telling the science underlying the sadhana that I would be prescribing to seekers, they would be able to perform sadhana sincerely; hence, I talk to them accordingly. I do not provide just theoretical information to them.
7. Seekers following other sects have to abide by certain restrictions while performing the prescribed sadhana; however in Sanatan, seekers have no other restrictions in performing their sadhana.
8. All Saints bless their disciples. I have never blessed any seeker; because I have the bhav (Spiritual emotion)that I am not the doer, it is God alone who does everything. (11.5.2022)

1. In spiritual language, the spiritual level of most Saints or Gurus is 70% on an average. The next categories are Sadguru (Spiritual level 80%) and Paratpar Guru (Spiritual level 90%). The current spiritual level of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is above 95% – He is always in a blissful state and mostly in the nirgun (Non-materialised) state. Seekers who obtain knowledge, obtain it from God from the subtle dimension, while Maharshi from a higher subtle region provides knowledge to Sanatan through Nadipattis. When Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is of such a high spiritual level, how can God or Maharshi address Him as a ‘Saint’ or a ‘Guru’ ? This would amount to debasing His spiritual authority. This is why, God or Maharshi refrain from doing so.
2. Saints or Gurus mostly begin their sadhana with the intention of ‘God-realisation’. Later to a certain extent, they really aspire for society’s emancipation and truly work towards this. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale wrote a Spiritual text – ‘Spirituality’ – in 1987. He was not involved much in sadhana then; besides, He was not guided by a Guru. Yet, at the end of this text He prays – ‘May the disconsolate become inquisitive, may the inquisitive develop intense desire (for God-realisation). May those with intense desire transform into seekers, and may the seekers attain Moksha.
During that time too, He yearned that society learns spiritual science and performs sadhana. He used to conduct study sessions to teach spiritual science. He had tremendous yearning for doing something for the emancipation of society, though He was not performing much sadhana. Only an Incarnation can have true yearning for society’s emancipation. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale had brought the seed of an Incarnation during the time of His birth. After being blessed with a Guru, that seed transformed into a tree. Hence, God and Maharshi address Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale as ‘Incarnation of Shri Vishnu’. (In 2015, Maharshi had declared in a Jivanadipatti that Paratpar Guru [Dr] Athavale is the Incarnation of Shri Vishnu.)
3. Jnaanam-ichhet Maheshwara, Moksham-ichhet Janardhana – It means that for attaining Self-knowledge pray to Lord Shiva, and for liberation pray to Lord Vishnu. Most Saints and Gurus have a very few (not even 10) true disciples and a handful have the competence to attain Sainthood. Conversely, as of 1.5.2022, 121 seekers of Sanatan have reached Sainthood and 1,121 seekers are on the path to Sainthood; they have been liberated from the cycles of birth and death under the guidance of Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale. In short, He is a Guru who emancipates. Only an Incarnation possesses the ability to liberate so many seekers in such a short time. This makes it clear why God and Maharshi address Him as an Incarnation of Shri Vishnu.
4. No Saint or Guru has accomplished this great task of reinstating Dharma and the Divine Rule. Only Incarnations such as Shriram and Shrikrushna have done so. Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale has announced the instating of ‘Hindu Rashtra’ (Sanatan Dharmarajya) and Dharma is going to be its foundation. Hence, He has been incessantly engaged in the spiritual mission of spreading Dharma and establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ with great yearning by writing texts, establishing ‘Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay’, etc. As per the prediction of Maharshi through a Nadipatti, this mission is going to be accomplished by Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale. This is why, God and the Maharshi address Him as Incarnation of Shri Vishnu.
5. It is due to Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale, that a tiny new Satyayug within this Kaliyug is going to commence. Hence, Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is a Yugapurush. Only God can transform a Yuga. This is why, God and the Maharshi address Him as the Incarnation of Shri Vishnu. (12.5.2022)
Seekers have been liberated from the cycles of birth & death under the guidance of Paratpar Guru !
Note : Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale has never claimed that He is Incarnation. It is the Maharshi who have said in Nadipatti that Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale is Incarnation of God. The Editor of Sanatan Prabhat has bhav unto Maharshi and hence, we are publishing Maharshi’s messages (Conveyed through Nadipatti reading) in this special issue. |
