New Delhi – According to Railway’s new rules; now no passenger can speak loudly on the mobile or use it to hear music loudly during the night travel. Action will be taken if co-passengers complain about this. Railway employees will have to resolve the matter if a complaint is lodged.

The railway employees will be held responsible if the matter is not sorted out. The Railway Board has recently issued an order to all the General Managers to implement this new rule.
