Russia likely to resort to a nuclear attack on Ukraine !

Washington (US) – More than 50 days have passed since the war between Russia and Ukraine started, but Russia has not been able to achieve victory over Ukraine. “Given the potential desperation of President Putin and the Russian leadership, given the setbacks that they’ve faced so far, militarily, none of us can take lightly the threat posed by a potential resort to tactical nuclear weapons or low-yield nuclear weapons,” Burns said.

During a speech on 14th April, Burns spoke of the “potential desperation” and setbacks faced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose forces have suffered heavy losses and have been forced to retreat from some parts of northern Ukraine after failing to capture Kyiv.
