Prayagraj Maha Kumbha Mela 2025
Prayagraj, January 7 – The police have geared up for the safety of millions of devotees coming for bathing during Maha Kumbha Mela. Every department of the state and central security forces is spreading awareness in its own way. The National Disaster Response Force i.e. (NDRF) has put up awareness boards at various places in the Sangam Kshetra. These boards at multiple places give instructions regarding what to do and what not to do in case of a stampede.
NDRF teams have been deployed in the Maha Kumbha Mela area to ensure the safety of the huge crowd participating in the Kumbha Mela and to take prompt action in case of any emergency. Teams have been deployed to manage the crowds at the Kumbha Mela and ensure safe movement, for emergency management and relief work and to take prompt action in case of unforeseen incidents like stampede, fire or drowning. Boards spreading awareness have been put up at various places.
