1. Sergei further said, ‘At this time, Ukraine’s military strength has been greatly reduced. That is why we are now focusing on our main goal (gaining full control of Donbas). People think we are partitioning Ukraine, but our goal is to cause damage to the military infrastructure, equipment, and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This will allow us to fight formidably in Donbas’.
