New Delhi – An investigation has revealed that 2 out of 6 Jihadi terrorists arrested by Delhi Police Special Cell were trained by Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. They had planned to target Uttar Pradesh (UP), Delhi and Maharashtra during Navratri and other Hindu festivals with the cooperation of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Each terrorist group was assigned different operations under this plan.

The terror operatives include Jann Mohammad Seikh from Mumbai, Osama alias Sami from Jamianagar, Delhi, Moolchand alias Lala from Raebareli, UP, Mohammad Abu Bakar from Bahraich, UP, Zeeshan Qamar from Prayagraj and Mohammad Amir Javed from Alambag. All of them have been remanded in Police custody for 14 days.

The two of the arrested terror operatives, Zeeshan Qamar and Osama informed that they first went to Muscat. They reached Jioni near Gwadar Port of Pakistan through waterways. They were then taken to a farmhouse in the Thatta area of Sindh Province in Pakistan. There were 3 Pakistani nationals in the farmhouse. Two of these Jabbar and Hamaza imparted training to them. Both of them were from Pakistan Army. Hamaza used to wear civilian clothes but was widely respected in the camp.

Zeeshan Qamar and Osama were trained in making innovative bombs and Improvised Explosives Devices (IEDs) to create explosive attacks with the help of items of daily use. They were also trained in handling and use of small firearms and AK-47s.

Jaan Mohammad Seikh is in close contact with Dawood Ibrahim’s brother Anis. He was working for the Dawood gang. The Anti-Terrorist Squad of Maharashtra is now interrogating Mohammad and his family members.
