Kashmir : An Army JCO martyred and a terrorist killed in an encounter

  • Killing 1 or 2 terrorists is not going to end the terrorism in Kashmir. Pakistan should be destroyed to stop terrorism.

 

Srinagar (J&K) – An Army Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) has been martyred in an encounter in the Thanamandi area of Rajouri District. A terrorist was also gunned down during the encounter. Security Forces had launched a search operation in this area following the input on the presence of terrorists there. On seeing the Army personnel approaching, the terrorists opened fire, leading to an encounter.

Jammu Kashmir Apni Party leader shot dead by the terrorists

Terrorists shot dead Ghulam Hasaan Lone, a Jammu Kashmir Apni Party leader on 19th August. This is the 4th incident in the last 10 days of terrorists killing a political leader in Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu Kashmir Apni Party Chief, Altaf Bukhari has condemned the incident.
